BUSINESS NAME SEARCH
We search your state's database to ensure your desired business name is available for use in your selected state.

NOTE: You will want to wait to purchase a domain name, business cards, letterhead, signs, and marketing materials until after the paperwork is completed and your Secretary of State has officially approved your LLC.
ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION
Articles of incorporation establish the existence of your corporation and set forth basic information about the new business. We prepare your incorporation documents and file them with the Secretary of State.
